CAN I CHOOSE WHICH DESIGNER GETS ASSIGNED TO MY PROJECT?

When a booking is made you will automatically have a professional designer assigned to you who is available for the time slot requested. All our designers are Experienced & highly skilled to help best fit your needs. You can also request a designer whom you have worked with previously.

WHAT IS THE IDEATION AND DESIGN PROCESS LIKE AT CELTIC KITCHENS & FLOORING?

We believe creating the most simple process for our clients provides the ultimate stress free service. When you book online you will receive a confirmation email. Within 24hrs of your appointment you will receive a call from the designer assigned to you confirming the location, time and date. All appointments are at the location of where the renovation is required in order to take measuring. If you cannot make it but want to continue the process please insure lockbox information is disclosed via email/text. The designer can then discuss materials, styles and fittings before a price can be quoted. A quote will be available within 48hrs from completed task sheet.

CAN CELTIC KITCHENS & FLOORING HELP US WITH KITCHEN APPLIANCES SHOPPING AS WELL?

Although we do not stock appliances, we can certainly order them for you and have them delivered at no extra cost. Charges may apply for fitting.

HOW LONG AFTER I ORDER WILL IT TAKE BEFORE THEY ARE INSTALLED?

Depending on the product it can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks. Once you receive a quote it will also include the projected earliest date for installation and the time it will take to install. If the product you require is in stock installation times may be be shorter.
This may also be effected due to removal of current product.

DO YOU HAVE PROOF OF YOUR CURRENT BUSINESS LICENSE?
